Griffin Consulting Partners works with its clients to clearly define or re-define the client’s long-term mission and short-term objectives.  With the mission defined, we go to the next level and say “Okay, so how do we get there?”  To do that, we build a strategic plan that outlines and prioritizes strategic objectives, tactics and activities that enable our clients to realize their mission.  

By defining the mission and strategic plan, the client can gain or regain focus and perspective on what needs to happen to succeed.

Productivity

How can the client improve their operations/processes?  What can be streamlined to reduce costs?  How can the client improve the quality of the final product or service?  How can the client make better decisions throughout their processes? Griffin Consulting Partners’ experience has shown, time and time again, that by carefully examining a client’s internal operations and processes, we can identify areas for improvement that directly result in increased productivity, improved quality, cost savings, and impact to the bottom line. 

We team with our clients to develop operations/ process maps of specific areas within the company, and then we apply rigorous analytics to determine what “revised” operations look like and where opportunities for improvement can be realized.  

Not only do we look at the operations, but it’s essential that we have a very clear understanding of the company’s staff.  What are their skill sets?  Where are they strong?  Where can they improve?  Are the right people in the right positions?  Griffin Consulting Partners works with the client to take an objective look at the skills and abilities of a client’s staff to determine if there is room for improvement such as re-skilling, re-positioning, training, and more.
